The Detroit level was super fun to make. This is a real life abandoned warehouse in Detroit and the biggest challenge was to parse out what made the warehouse spectacular. I made sure the biggest features of the warehouse was represented in the game. Worked closely with the designers to make the short track fun and challenging.
This piece was the beautiful corner during pre production. My job was to represent what the game quality would be like and show off the Lumberyard engine.
It was a blast to work with the lighting artist Mukul who made the skybox as well.
